I find that the easiest way to make sure that I’m taking breaks in between work is using the Pomodoro technique.

This productivity technique allows you to work for 25 minutes, after which you take a short break before another 25-minute work session.

After doing this four times, you take a much longer break.

During your break, instead of sitting on your desk and scrolling through social media, leave your workspace and stretch, refill your water, or do something else that is not related to work.

8. Make a Not-To-Do List

Making a not-to-do list will help you stay focused on your tasks instead of wasting time on distractions.
