According to Very Well Mind, old habits, unpaid debts, and unhealthy relationships are examples of emotional clutter.
Allowing physical and emotional clutter into your life contributes to your stress levels and HUGELY affects your mental health.
Here are some of the things you can declutter from your life:

If you don’t know what time blocking is, it means planning out your whole day in advance and allocating certain tasks at a specific time.
Honestly, this is the easiest way to organize your day and stay productive.
When you time block, you know when to do everything that needs to be done, including when to take your breaks.

4. Keep a journal
To keep your mind organized, you need to get into journaling.
Journaling has many benefits, including keeping your thoughts organized, stress management, and it has been proven to help with anxiety and depression.
Journaling is also a great way to know yourself more and understand your behaviors.
So treat yourself to a new journal, or find a reliable app you can use to journal.
